3. Payment and Transactions: 3.1 Transactions are processed through our secure payment system. 3.2 Service fees and payment terms are outlined in each Gig listing. 3.3 We are not responsible for any payment disputes between users.

4. Communication and Feedback: 4.1 Users are encouraged to maintain respectful and professional communication. 4.2 Honest and constructive feedback is encouraged to improve user experience. 4.3 Users agree not to post defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property: 5.1 Sellers retain the intellectual property rights to their delivered work, unless agreed otherwise. 5.2 Buyers receive a limited license to use delivered work for their intended purpose.

6. Prohibited Activities: 6.1 Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities on the platform. 6.2 Violation of our terms may result in account suspension or termination.
